Our house management service gives you one trusted local contact who watches over your property all year: scheduled inspection rounds inside and out, passive caretaking between your stays, and immediate action when something is not as it should be.
Before each arrival we prepare the house to your standards: airing, heating or cooling, pool and garden at their best, beds made, fridge filled if you wish. After your departure we close the property properly, secure every access and set the alarm routines. In between, we manage keys, receive deliveries, let in and supervise any service provider, and check the property after storms or long absences.
Every visit ends with a short written and photographic report, so you always know the exact state of your home. For owners living abroad, we can also handle utility issues, insurance appointments and administrative letters that need a local presence, in French or in English.
